Fynbos arrangement

This artwork consists of hand sawed pieces of recycled wood and painted to look like various fynbos plants. I created contrast by using simple silhouettes and painting fine detail on top. I wanted to give the artwork a whimsical feel to emphasize the beauty of fynbos.
